Rack ribs cut crosswise
Onion
Ginger
Tomato
Tamarind paste soaked I water: 5 oz, 1 cup
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup fish sauce
4 cups water
Daikon radish
Japanese eggplant
Green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Soak tamarind in water and strain
Cut ribs into 2 rib chunks and sauté 3 min per side, remove

Sauté onion and ginger 5 minutes, add tomato sauté into paste.
Add lemon, fish sauce water, tamarind paste, daikon radish and simmer 2 hours.
Add jap eggplant and green beans and cook 20 mins.
Serve with sauce of fish sauce and chili, rice, pull out pieces of pork, gr beans and eggplant.
