1 large onion chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1-1-1/2 lbs. polska kielbasa
1 15-1/2 oz. can great northern beans. Drained and rinsed
1 can (15-1/2 oz.) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14–1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven sauté onion and pepper in oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with cornbread or biscuits.
