2lbs lean ground beef
1 onion
5 cloves garlic minced
16oz cups cottage cheese, blended
3.5oz reduced fat mozzarella garnishing
6oz tomato paste
15oz tomato sauce
600ml bone broth (add more or less depending on how soupy you prefer)
7-9 barilla lasagna oven ready strips
1oz parmesan cheese grated
Season generously salt / pepper / garlic / onion / italian seasoning / oregano
Chopped fresh basil and spinach

Topping (optional - not included in calories)
60g ricotta
10g parm
Dash parsley
Dash salt and pepper

1. Brown onions / garlic + add ground beef in a well greased pan / pot
2. Generously add seasonings + tomato paste
3. Add blended cottage cheese and combine well
4. Add tomato sauce + chicken bone broth
5. Broken up lasagna sheets and cook until al dente
6. Add fresh basil parsley (small diced) and spinach chunky sliced
7. Serve
