2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. + 1 T. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14-oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaported milk)
1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
1 (16-oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 T. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350 degree. With mixer, beat flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and butter until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of mixture; press remaining mixture on bottom of greased 13 x 9" baking pan. Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned.
With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth, stir in lemon juice. Spread over baked crust. Combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch and remaining 1 T. sugar. Spoon over cream cheese layer. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 45 min. or until golden. Cool and cut into bars. Refigerate leftovers.
