Chuck roast (pretty much any size works just fine, including straight out of the freezer)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus or brown gravy mix
1 can beef consommé
1/2 cup of pepperoncini juice
5-15 pepperoncinis (depends on how spicy you prefer it)
1 tsp black pepper

Add everything to the pressure cooker. Set on 75 minutes manual with a 10 minute to full NPR (natural pressure release).
