1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup thick sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream the shortening; add sugar and mix well. Add beaten egg yolks, sour cream and vanilla extract. Sift dry ingredients and gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition. Fill a MIRRO cookie press. Form desired shapes onto undressed cookie sheets; bake 10 - 12 minutes. Ames about 10 dozen,
