1 pork roast

1 can of pineapple chunks

½ cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp oil

½ cup ketchup

4 Tbsp vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

¼ can of beer

Corn starch to thicken the sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pork roast into cubes of about 1 inch.

In a skillet, add the oil and roast cubes and fry until browned.

In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce and a splash of beer.

When the pork is browned, pour the brown sugar sauce over it, adding the pineapple chunks, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Make a corn starch slurry (with water and cornstarch) then add to thicken.

Serve with rice.
