1.5 lb minced meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
2 Tbsp. matzo meal (or bread crumbs if not Passover)
1.5 cup ketchup
2 cups ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
combine first 6 ingredients and form into small balls
combine ketchup and ginger ale in large sauce pan and bring to a boil
drop meatballs into sauce
cover and simmer for 2 hours
6 servings as an app
4 as a main
