1 pkg. frozen or fresh squash
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 Tbsp. green pepper
3 slices bacon
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash in small amount of water, add butter then mash. Fry bacon, drain, mix all ingredients with bacon drippings. Place in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes at 350º
