1 box of pasta
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 c. milk
½ stick butter
16 oz. heavy whipping cream
1 T. chives
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
10 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Combine butter, soup, milk & velveeta cheese & cook on low until smooth. Remove from heat & add chives & heavey cream. Pour mixture over cooked pasta in baking dish. Top with the Monterey Jack & Sharp Cheddar cheeses & bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
