2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. corn, canned or cut from the cob
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and mix well. Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Combine the well beaten egg, corn and green peppers; add to the sauce. Bring to boil and let simmer 20 minutes.
