1 pkg. 14 oz macaroni and cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 c. salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner following directions on box. While macaroni is cooking, brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 c. water to meat. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir sour cream into prepared macaroni mixture and
spoon half of mixture into 8 inch square baking dish. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 c. of cheese and remaining dinner mixture. Cover and
bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Top with salsa and remaining 1/2 c. of cheese.
Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes.
