1 box of frozen chopped spinach
1 can of artichokes
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayo (can be low fat)

Directions:
Directions:
thaw spinach and squeeze excess water out of it
pick it apart so it mixes easily
drain and chop artichokes
mix all 4 ingredients together in a shallow baking dish
bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins
easy to double the ingredients to accommodate Texas size appetites
