2 cups Uncle Ben's Converted Rice (MUST BE CONVERTED)
2 or more pounds of shrimp, chicken or turkey
1 lb. sausage of choice
1 stick butter (sliced)
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
1 bunch of green onions topes (chopped) optional.
1 TBSP Thyme (optional)
1 TSP Black pepper
1 TSP Salt
3/4 TSP seasoning of choice (Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning) or yours of choice

Mix all in a roaster and cover. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 1 hour and check for doneness of rice. (Mine is done in 1 hour).
