Dressing:

1/4 cup Oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash Tabasco

Salad:
1 can of Mandarin Oranges drained (10 ozs. or 12 ozs.).
1 cup of slivered almonds
1/4 head of iceberg lettuce
1 head romaine lettuce
2 green onions sliced thinly

Directions:
Directions:
For the salad:
Put almonds saucepan with sugar and stir until sugar melts and coats almonds and they brown a bit.

Tear Lettuce in small pieces and combine with green onions, almonds, and oranges.

Make dressing

Mix salad with part of dressing until leaves are coated and sprinkle final product with sunflower seeds.
