5-6 lb Beef tenderloin
Hellman's Full Fat Mayonnaise
Cavender's Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:

Coat tenderloin with mayonnaise and season well with Greek seasoning.

Place in a preheated 500 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Turn the oven off and leave for 1 hour.

DO NOT open the oven! May be put back in a warm oven for a short period of time to reheat.

Found this recipe when trying to find out the size of brisket for the State Fair Brisket recipe. Sent it to Dad (Rob) who was intrigued.

When Dad had knee surgery 17-Nov-23 he bought a tenderloin to try out the recipe as it was easy. Also, since both Chris and I were going to be there it was also a good excuse to try it out.

We ended up using 1.5lbs of the tenderloin to make Steak Tartar instead (very delicious) and kept the rest (amount figured out after a lot of pain killer math) for Thanksgiving dinner.
