1 1/2 cup almond paste (packed tight)
1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Break up almond paste and sugars in a mixer. Mix until fine. Gradually add the egg whites in two stages, scraping bowl in between stages. Mix until a smooth paste is obtained.

Line a cookie sheet with silicone paper. Place mixture into a pastry bag with a round tip. Pipe out even balls, 1 1/2 inch diameter. Press the tips with a moist towel. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet.

When cool, remove from paper and store in an airtight container.
