¼ tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

½ tsp Dijon mustard

1 small garlic clove, minced

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Whisk ingredients together other than the oil.

Slowly add the oil, whisking constantly, until the dressing is emulsified.
