4 lbs. pork loin roast
½ tsp. caraway seed
½ tsp. pepper
⅓ c. apple sauce
2 lbs. sauerkraut, undrained
¼ c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in crockpot

Sprinkle with caraway seeds

Pour on applesauce and sauerkraut

Drizzle with butter and sugar

Cook low, about 8 hours
