3 large tomatoes

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

1 large English cucumber, cut into slices

1 large green pepper, cut into rings

1 large red pepper, cut into rings

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp dried basil

¼ cup olive oil

2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into ¼ inch thick slices and place in a single layer on a platter.

Arrange onions over tomatoes and top with cucumbers and peppers.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil.

Drizzle oil and vinegar all over.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
