15 ounce box of Raisin Bran cereal (7 1/2 cups)
2 cups sugar
5 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 quart buttermilk
3 teaspoons vanilla
Apples or dried fruit and nuts as desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º. Either spray muffin tin or use cake cup liners.
Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk and vanilla. Then add to dry ingredients. Add fruit and nuts. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
