2 Cups Sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa powder
½ Cup Milk
1 Stick of Butter
pinch of Salt
½ Cup Peanut Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Quick Oats***
Note: Coconut or chopped nuts optional

***Do Not use Old Fashioned Oats. The consistency won't be right.

In a large pot whisk together sugar and cocoa. Gradually add milk then butter and cook until boiling, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute the remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until well blended, then stir in oats. Let cool slightly then drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
