1 package yeast in ¼ cup warm water
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tsp dill seed
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
1 T melted butter or margarine
½ T minced onion
2 T sugar
2 ¼- 2 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine cottage cheese, dill seed, salt, baking soda, egg, butter, onion, and sugar in mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture and flour. Stir well to combine. Let rise in greased bowl to double in size. Punch down. Put in two small or one large well-greased loaf pan. Let rise again, about 45-50 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and brush with melted margarine.
