1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 T dry milk powder
½ cup water
¼ cup oil
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika or seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and dry milk powder. In a separate bowl, combine water, oil. Worcestershire and tabasco sauces. Stir wet and dry ingredients together. Knead a little until smooth. Grease two cookie sheets and sprinkle with cornmeal. Divide dough in half and roll directly onto cookie sheet with floured rolling pin, rolling dime thin. Sprinkle lightly with seasoning. Run rolling pin over one more time. Prick with fork. Cut into squares or triangles with pizza cutter. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
