1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
2 T butter melted
⅔ C brown sugar
½ C walnuts if you like nuts
1 t cinnamon
⅓ C whipping cream
⅔ C powdered sugar
1 T milk
1 dash vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Roll bread dough to 18X6 rectangle. Brush with melted butter.
Mix brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle over dough.
Roll dough into a log, start with long edge. Seal edge.
Cut into 20 slices, arrange rolls, cut sides down, in prepared cake pans.
Cover with a towel. Let rise in warm place until doubled. About 1½ hours.
Bake 350º for about 25 minutes. It should be golden brown.

I love quick and easy. This is not bread made from yeast, but it is delicious, and you can still create cinnamon rolls like the ones my Grandma Clift made for every occasion. I don't know how she baked in her minuscule kitchen, but the family was blessed.
