Salad Ingredients:
8oz. package salad greens, any kind
3oz. sliced cheddar cheese, sliced into matchsticks
1 medium tomato cut into wedges
8oz. cooked turkey breast, cubed (about 2 cups)

3 T. sunflower seed kernels



Dressing Ingredients:
3 T. sugar free maple flavored syrup
1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
3 T. olive oil
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Layer salad ingredients into a salad bowl. Shake together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to coat well and serve immediately. Makes 3 main dish servings.
