one unbaked pie shell
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
½ cup flour
2 beaten eggs
1½ stick butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chip
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place unbaked piecrust in a deep dish pie plate set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs on high until light and foamy. Add the flour and both sugars and mix until combined. Stir in vanilla and melted butter. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts mixing until evenly mixed in the batter. Spoon the batter into the prepared pie crust. Bake 50-60 minutes or until sharp knife inserted half way between center of pie and the edge comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes before serving with ice cream.
