1 can cream style corn
1 cup yellow cornmeal
¾ cup buttermilk
3 large eggs
1 small onion diced
½ cup oil
3 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º.
Mix all ingredients except butter. Put butter in a 9 inch baking pan. Place butter in the pan and melt in the oven 2-3 minutes. Remove and pour the batter into the hot pan. Bake about 35 minutes.
