1 cup water
½ tsp salt
¾ cup flour
1 large egg
1 tbsp butter

Directions:

1. Melt butter in saucepan
2. Mix flour with salted water
3. Add to melted butter and stir constantly till mixture slips the pan
4. Remove from heat and stir in egg
5. Drop by teaspoonful into soup
6. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes
