3 pounds ground round
1 pound diced onion
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
2 pkgs. Lowry's Spaghetti Seasoning Mix
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 package lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. (or more) grated parmesan cheese
1 large package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large package shredded white cheddar cheese
1 pound ricotta cheese
1/2 can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

Brown meat in large pot or dutch oven with onion, garlic and pepper. Pour off fat and add tomatoes and dry seasonings. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. In lasagna pan add layer of tomato sauce. Add layer of pasta and cover with more sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with a layer of white cheddar. Spread ricotta cheese over cheddar. Follow with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Cover with lasagna noodles. Repeat as long as cheeses and sauce lasts, topping with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about one hour until golden brown.
