1 whole head of a cauliflower (about 2 pounds of florets)
2 pounds yams, peeled (white flesh variety is best, but you can use orange flesh as well)
8 cups vegetable broth
1 large onion
8 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons dried dill weed
1 tablespoon salt-free seasoning
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then manually release the pressure. Using an immersion blender, puree directly into the pot until creamy.

This soup freezes very well.
