1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

Rinse and drain cranberries. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most cranberries have burst and the mixture has thickened, about 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and stir to combine. Allow to cool. Sauce will thicken as it cooks. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days or freeze up to 6 months.
