14 ounces Sweetened Coconut Flakes
14 ounces Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Eggs Whites, whipped to a stiff peak
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325degree
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat and aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine the Coconut Flakes, Sweetened Condensed Milk,
Vanilla, & Salt
4. Stir until the Coconut and Sweetened Condensed Milk are well incorporated
5. Whip the egg whites with electric mixer until stiff peaks form
6. Fold the egg whites, into the coconut mixture
7. Using a medium-size ice cream scoop
8. Bake 25 minute. Remove from the oven and allow to cool
9. Meanwhile, place the chocolate chip in a microwave safe bowl, and high at :30
seconds intervals, stirring with a fork in between, to melt the chocolate into a
smooth consistency
10. Submerge the coconut macaroon in the chocolate at least 1/4" deep, remove and allow the
excess to drip off.
11. Place the cookie on a clean parchment lined baking sheet to set up.
12. For faster setting, place tray in the refrigerator for the 30 minutes
13. Keep refrigerator until ready to serve
14. Remove 10-15 minutes before serving to come up to room temperature.
