Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Use 3 parts flour to 2 parts buttermilk to 1 part oil. (6 cups flour, 4 cups buttermilk, & 2 cups oil will make roughly 24 biscuits).

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in the biggest bowl you can. Scoop out center so that it makes a “nest” in the flour. Pour the buttermilk and oil into the “nest” and mix with hands without pulling in any flour yet. Once liquids are mixed, begin using hands to pull in a little flour at a time, mixing it into the buttermilk/oil mixture. Once dough is formed, sprinkle with extra flour as needed to keep from being too sticky. You can roll it out on a floured surface about ½ inch thick and use a cutter to cut biscuits Or just pinch off pieces and roll into biscuits. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with sides of biscuits touching. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15-18 minutes (watch carefully so bottoms don’t get too browned).
