10 oz. - Fritos
2 c. - white rice, cooked
2 c. - fat-free vegetarian chili
1½ lb. - extra lean ground beef, cooked
1/3 c. - onion
½ medium - head lettuce
2 medium - tomatoes
1 c. - kidney beans, canned
1½ c. - salsa
1 c. - fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook everything separate. Then stack up in a salad bowl: Fritos, Rice, Chili, Beef, Cheese, lettuce, tomato, kidney beans, onions, salsa, cheese (repeat 3 times).
