4 cups diced onion
3 cups diced celery (all but a few stalks for roasting in the bag)
2 bags stuffing cubes (1 dry seasoned, 1 regular unseasoned cubes)
2 tbs butter
1 package chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbs poultry seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sautee onion in pan with 1 tbs butter
2. Add rest of butter sautee celery
3. add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to onion and celery mixture
4. Add onion and celery mixture to dried bread cubes, mix.
5. Add broth to moisten, until desired preference
6. season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste
7. stuff into turkey or place in pan. cover and bake on 350 for 20-30 mins
