Ingredients:  
Sauce 1 large and 1 small jar of Ragu
1 & 1/2 lb ground beef

Shells 2 c plain flour
2 c warm water
4 eggs
1 tsp salt



Filling 1 lb ricotta
2 eggs
1/2 c parmesan grated
1/2 lb mozzarella grated
salt, pepper & parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain and add sauce. Simmer while preparing shells.

Mix well all Shell ingredients and cook like you would pancakes but only until set. Do not brown.

Mix all filling ingredients except use only 1/2 of the mozzarella.

Place a light layer of sauce in bottom of casserole dish.
Put a heaping spoon of filling in each shell and roll. Place in casserole
dish. Cover with sauce and remaining mozzarella.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
