6 slices of bacon cut in 1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup of onions chopped fine
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of vinegar white
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1 pint of cold water
2 hard boiled eggs chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon.stir onion into drippings, cook until done and stir in flour. Add water(1 pint). Stir in mustard put in vinegar last.
Mother served this delicious hot dressing over dandelion greens in the spring and fresh spinach leaves other times of the year.

Mother would always say that having dandelion greens with this hot dressing in the spring would clear your blood! Mothers are never wrong!
