1 cup milk
1 3/4 cup of flour
1 cup sugar3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sprinkle powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, salt , milk, flour and baking powder. Grease pan and preheat oven 400º. Pour into pan and sprinkle topping mix on top. Bake for 20. - 25 minutes. After removing from oven to cool sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Great Irish breakfast cake from Dan’s Irish mother. Dan is Kevin’s Hobart college friend who came to visit us and stayed two years! We all love Dan and he fit in with our crazy family perfectly!
