5 chicken breast - boiled & deboned
1/2 c boiling water
2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese
4 hard boiled eggs - diced
1 c celery - chopped
1 small onion - diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp curry powder
1 c chopped pecans
1-3 oz lemon jello
1 c miracle whip salad dressing

Dissolve jello in boiling water, let cool to room temp. Cream miracle whip, cream cheese until blended. Add jello to cream cheese mixture and blend. Stir in everything else. Pour into a 9x13 greased dish and chill several hours or overnight.
Can be served on sliced bread for sandwiches or dish out onto lettuce lined plate and served with assorted crackers as an appetizer.
