1 ham hock
12 c water
1 lb pkg 15 beans
2 bay leaves
2 14 oz cans rotel tomatoes diced
7 oz can green chiles diced
1 c celery diced
1 c onion diced
1/2 bell pepper diced
2 cloves garlic mince
1 1/2 t creole seasoning
1 t dried thyme
1 T cumin and coriander
1 T chili powder
1 t black pepper
2 T lime juice
Cilantro for finish

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham hock, beans, water in slow cooker and bring to boil for 10 min. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours. Remove ham hock and discard.
Add other ingredients and cook low for 8 hours.
