Leftover pie crust
Softened butter
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
When you are making your dough for your home made pie and you have left over pie dough roll it out as thin as you can and butter liberally. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over the butter. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into pieces. Put in the oven with your baking pie but set the timer for 10 or 15 minutes and they will be done. Enjoy when cool while you are waiting for your pie to come out of the oven.
