2 tablespoons of Minute Tapioca
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground nutmeg
Butter to dot on top

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples, mix other ingredients all in a mixing bowl. Let sit 15 minutes. If I am making an apple tart I slice larger quarter apple pieces for the top otherwise there is a bottom and top crust. Before I fill the bottom crust I sprinkle a litter sugar and flour Dot the top of apples with butter between the apples and top crust. Cut slits in the top crust after you seal and flute the edges.
Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 45- 50 minutes or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly.
