1 c. shortening, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Cream shortening and sugar until light beat in the eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in zucchini, nut, and chocolate chips.
Then stir in your flour and baking soda. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
