2 stalks Chopped celery
1/2 chopped onion
Small bag baby carrots
Olive oil
3Tbl salted butter
1/2 tsp each Thyme. Rosemary. Sage. Garlic salt. Fresh Basil or more to your liking..season to taste.
4 cloves chopped garlic
2 boneless chicken breast
2 Tbls Chicken base
1/2 small Can of mushrooms (optional)
Flour to thicken 1/3 cup
1 c.milk
1 can grands biscuits cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in 4 c. Water with chicken base. Boil for 30 min. Remove chicken from water set aside and cut up when cooled..save the water. In Another deep pan saute celery, onions carrots In olive oil with garlic . Saute 3-5 minutes. Add butter. Then add flour , herbs and chicken that is cut up into big chunks, the reserved water.. Cook another hour on low. Add 1-2 bay leaves, milk and mushrooms. Cook 10 more min.
Then add your biscuits to the stew. Cook 5-10 min till they start getting firm then fold them into the stew. Cover and Cook 10 more minutes. Thicken as needed with flour.
