1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and water to a rolling boil.

Stir in flour, stir by hand with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball

Remove from hear and add eggs all at once.

Beat until smooth

Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees

This is a recipe I got from Laureen Young. You can fill these cream puffs with pudding, whipped cream or if you want a nice appetizer, fill them with chicken salad, egg salad or tuna salad.

It's always a hit.
