8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 c chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb sirloin in 1" cubes
1 1/2 c beef broth
2 T sherry
2 T tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
3 c hot cooked rice
1/2 c lowfat sour cream
2 T chopped chives or parsley
1 T 1% milk
1 1/2 tsp horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil. Remove from skillet and set aside. Cook steak in same skillet until browned. Stir in vegetable mixture, broth, sherry, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add salt to taste. Simmer gently for 30 min. Combine rice with remaining ingredients: chives, sour cream, horseradish, and milk. Spoon steak mixture over rice and serve.
