2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 T. sugar
3/4 c. sugar
4 8 oz. packages of cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º Blend together the graham cracker crumbs butter and 2 T. sugar. Place in bottom of springform pan to make the bottom crust and chill in refigerator. Next, in a second bowl, with a mixer, blend 3/4 c. sugar, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch. After blended stir in by hand 1 c. of sour cream. Pour on top of crust and bake in oven at 450 for 10 minutes, then turn temperature down to 200 and bake for another 45 minutes. At the end of that 45 minutes turn oven off and let cheesecake rest in oven for 3 hours with the oven door slightly open. Then chill in refigerator. Enjoy!
