3 cups Delicious Apples, chopped
2 cups Sugar
2 cups pecans, chopped
½ cup Raisins
3 cups All Purpose Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1½ cups Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 stick Butter
¼ cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pour 1 cup sugar over chopped apples. Mix in pecans and raisins.
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, vegetable oil, 1 cup sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat together until batter is smooth.
Stir in fruit mixture.
Bake in 2 bread pans for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

For Glaze:
Cook brown sugar, milk and butter together for 2½ minutes.
Pour over hot bread.
