1 (21-oz) can apple pie filling
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spoon equal amounts of pie filling in the center of each tortilla, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll tortillas up and place seam side down in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

In a medium saucepan, bring butter, sugars and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Pour over enchiladas, and let stand 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
